Our Leadership

“Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many” – Jesus in Matthew 20:28 (KJV).  Our basic motto remains to serve and not to be served.  In other words, “Servant leadership” is the Biblical format and we follow that.  Hence we have no hierarchy.  We function as fellow leader heads in different areas of ministry without having any defined positions.  We guide others who join us in this ministry with like passions and help them grow in the ministry by giving equal opportunities in their respective fields.

So, Christian leaders in their respective fields like Bishops, Pastors, Evangelists, Gospel singers, Children’s Ministry pioneers, Magazine Editors, Translators, Publication Heads, Radio and TV Broadcasters etc have all volunteered to extend their services through Eschol International Ministries Incorporated.
